Over three months, we’ll meet for six personalised coaching sessions designed to support your body’s transition off hormonal contraception and guide you towards long-term hormonal balance.
Session 1: Your Personal Hormone Blueprint
We begin with a deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.
Session 2: Nourishing Your Hormones

Frequently asked questions
How soon after coming off the pill should I start?
You can begin this programme either immediately after coming off the pill or within the first few months.
In fact, the earlier you begin supporting your body, the smoother the transition can often be. Many women experience symptoms such as irregular cycles, acne, mood changes, or fatigue after stopping hormonal contraception, and this programme is designed to help your body stabilise and rebalance during this period.
If you’re planning to come off the pill soon, we can also use the first session to prepare your body in advance, which can make the transition easier.
Will supplements be required?
Every protocol is personalised. Some women benefit from targeted supplements to support hormone balance, nutrient replenishment, or detoxification pathways, while others may focus primarily on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and nervous system regulation.
If supplements are recommended, they will always be optional and explained clearly, and we prioritise approaches that are safe, effective, and sustainable.
What if my cycle hasn’t returned yet?
Many women don’t see their natural cycle return immediately after stopping hormonal contraception. During the programme, we focus on supporting the underlying systems that allow your cycle to regulate, including nutrition, stress balance, nervous system health, and metabolic support.
We also use tools such as basal body temperature and symptom tracking so we can begin understanding how your body is responding, even before your cycle becomes regular again.
Is this programme suitable if I’m still on the pill but considering coming off?
Yes.
Many women join the programme before they stop hormonal contraception so they can prepare their body in advance. This can involve strengthening nutritional foundations, supporting detox pathways, and learning how to track the signs of your natural cycle.
Preparing your body beforehand can often make the transition smoother and help you feel more confident about what to expect.
Do I need to track my cycle already?
Not at all.
If cycle tracking is new to you, I will guide you through the process step by step. During the programme you’ll learn simple and effective methods for understanding your body’s signals, including:
• basal body temperature
• cervical mucus observations
• recognising hormonal patterns
The goal is not to overwhelm you with data, but to help you develop a deeper awareness of your body’s rhythms.
How are sessions delivered?
All sessions are held online via video call, making it easy to join from wherever you are.
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to explore your progress, address questions, and refine your personalised strategy.
You’ll also receive resources and guidance between sessions so you feel supported throughout the programme.
What if I feel overwhelmed by making lifestyle changes?
This programme is designed to be supportive and sustainable, not overwhelming.
Rather than trying to change everything at once, we focus on small, meaningful shifts that build over time. Each session provides a few clear steps that are realistic to integrate into your daily life.
