Hi, I'm Natalie

Many of the women I work with are already doing so many of the “right” things. They eat well, they exercise, and they care about their wellbeing and yet they still feel exhausted, foggy, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body’s natural rhythms. Through my coaching practice, I support health-conscious women who want a clear, grounded path back to balance. My work focuses on hormone health, cycle awareness, and nervous system regulation — helping women understand how their body actually works and how to build sustainable habits that support energy, mood, sleep, and long-term wellbeing.

Rather than offering quick fixes or rigid protocols, I guide clients through a structured, personalised approach that reconnects them with their body’s signals and rhythms. Together we look at lifestyle, nutrition, stress, movement and daily routines, creating practical strategies that are realistic to maintain in the context of a busy life.

Alongside my coaching work, I also offer private sound-based wellbeing experiences for families. These sessions create a calm and supportive environment where parents and children can slow down together, learn simple emotional regulation tools, and experience the deeply restorative effects of sound.

Whether I’m working one-to-one with women or guiding a family sound bath, my intention is the same: to create a space where people feel supported, understood, and gently guided back towards balance, connection, and resilience..

Why this work matters to me

Like many women, I spent years feeling disconnected from my natural rhythms and unsure why my energy, mood and focus fluctuated so much. Through studying to become a registered Health Coach at IIN, I discovered how powerful it can be when we begin working with the body rather than constantly pushing against it.

That shift changed the way I think about wellbeing. Instead of chasing extreme approaches, I became deeply interested in the quieter foundations of health — connection to nature, nourishment, stress regulation, and building daily habits that support the body over the long term.

Sound work naturally became part of this philosophy. The simple act of slowing down and allowing the nervous system to settle can be profoundly restorative — something that both adults and children increasingly need in today’s fast-paced world. Since I had already been working with children in varying capacities for 15 years, it made sense to me that I needed to bridge the gap and bring wellness, mindfulness, and techniques to truly get to know oneself to the family unit as well.

Through both my coaching and family sound sessions, my aim is to create experiences that feel calm, structured, and genuinely supportive — helping people reconnect with themselves and build resilience and habits that lasts.
