Family Sound Bath
A deeply calming in-home experience for parents and children using crystal singing bowls, gentle breathwork, and grounding practices to support nervous system regulation and connection.
Sessions last approximately 75 minutes and take place in the comfort of your home.
Before booking, a few things to know:
• Children are free to relax in their own way
• No prior mindfulness experience is needed
• Designed primarily for children 6+
• Younger siblings and babies can be accommodated
• Sessions are flexible


Emotional Awareness Sound Journey
(4-Session Package)
A four-session family experience that introduces practical emotional awareness and regulation tools, followed by carefully curated sound journeys designed to help the body absorb and integrate what has been learned.
This journey supports families in building a shared language around emotions, improving communication, and developing simple tools that children can use in everyday life.
Because this experience is tailored to each family, we can first get to know each other via a short introductory call, and discuss then discuss the next steps.
